Witness Mi retains user-submitted data, including voice recordings, images, and videos, for a limited time to complete the AI processing. Once your final video is delivered, your original files are securely deleted after 60 days to protect your privacy. However, your final video remains accessible on your customer portal for you to access for 6 months. If not downloaded by then it will be deleted.  

Yes! Your final video will be delivered via a secure Vimeo link, allowing you to stream or download it for safekeeping. You will also have all videos available in your customer portal. 

No, we do not share, sell, or distribute your personal data. Your recordings, images, and videos remain private and are only used for the purpose of creating your story.
