We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your experience, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase by emailing us at [email protected] with your order details and a brief explanation of the issue.

Please note:
If you purchase an EchoMemory Box, the same 30-day policy applies but you will have to return the box and pay for postage. Once it arrives in our location the refund will be issued only if the box is undamaged.

Once we begin, significant production costs are incurred upfront, including AI processing and multimedia creation. However, we believe in the importance of preserving your story and want you to feel confident and supported throughout the experience.

Once all storytelling questions have been answered and your materials are submitted, your video will be completed within 5 business days. This includes both AI processing and a final quality review by our team. You’ll receive an email with a secure link to view and download your finished video.

If you need your video sooner, we offer an expedited processing option for an additional fee, which delivers your video within 2 business days after questions are completed.

For those who add the EchoMemory Box, please note there is a delayed delivery of 3–4 weeks due to high demand. Placing your order secures your spot in our fulfillment queue. The EchoMemory Box ships only within the United States and includes an additional $6.95 shipping fee.
