Yes! We are continuously working to add new storytelling themes and customization options based on user feedback.

At Witness Mi, each project is uniquely crafted using AI-generated images, voice synthesis, and personalized storytelling based on your submitted memories. Once we begin, significant production costs are incurred upfront, including AI processing and multimedia creation.

Because each story is custom-made and non-reusable, we cannot offer refunds once production starts. We are committed to delivering a meaningful, high-quality video that honors your memories, and appreciate your understanding.

Once all questions have been answered, the AI processing and quality review take 5 business days. You will receive an email with a secure link to view and download your video. There is an option to expedite the processing time and get your video in 2 business days (after questions have been answered) for an additional cost.

Each Witness Mi story package is priced at $74.95, reflecting the high level of personalization, care, and technology involved in creating a timeless video. Your story is crafted using your voice, your images, and your memories — enhanced with photo-realistic AI visuals and professional-quality narration.
