- Users may not submit sexually explicit, suggestive, or pornographic material.
- Content that includes nudity, offensive gestures, graphic violence, or obscene language will be automatically rejected.
- Witness Mi is a platform for personal storytelling and memory preservation. Submissions must reflect that purpose and remain respectful and family-appropriate.
2. Prohibition of Identity Theft or Misrepresentation
- Users may only submit content and likenesses for themselves or individuals they have legal authority to represent (e.g., a minor child, deceased family member).
- Impersonating any other person without proper consent—whether living or deceased—is strictly prohibited.
3. Unauthorized Submissions and Use of Likeness
Users may only submit content, images, audio, or likenesses of themselves, or individuals for whom they have full legal authority to represent (such as a minor child, deceased family member, or legal dependent under applicable laws).
Submitting or uploading any content that impersonates, misrepresents, or uses the likeness, image, voice, or identity of any other individual — whether living or deceased — without proper legal consent is strictly prohibited. Such actions may violate state, federal, and international laws, including rights of privacy, rights of publicity, and identity protection statutes.
By submitting content to Witness Mi LLC, you represent and warrant that:

You own or have obtained all necessary rights, consents, and permissions to use and submit the content.

You have full authority to grant Witness Mi LLC permission to process and use the content as outlined in our Terms of Service.

You will not submit any false, misleading, unauthorized, or infringing materials.
Witness Mi LLC reserves the right to immediately remove any unauthorized content, terminate associated accounts, and report any violations to appropriate legal authorities if necessary.
4. AI Likeness and Voice Consent
- Consent for AI-generated likeness and voice duplication is gathered at two points in the process:
- During the checkout process by the buyer.
- During the content submission phase by the subject uploading their voice recordings, images, and stories.
- These consents are required for all projects and are logged for compliance and privacy protection.
5. Violation & Enforcement
- Witness Mi reserves the right to reject or remove any submission that violates these terms.
- In cases of identity misuse, suspected fraud, or inappropriate content, the user’s account may be suspended or terminated, and no refund will be issued.
- Legal action may be pursued in cases involving unauthorized use of likeness or personal data.
